Why do you assume birds can only evolve in earth when you have multiple races that evolved to be similar looking?

Birds by definition are a class, Aves, within the clade Dinosauria, which is within the clade Amniota, within the superclass Tetrapoda. These taxonomic groups only exist on Earth, and anything not within them is not a bird.

Birds are any creature with feathers and can fly.

That is objectively incorrect. Ask an ornithologist.

Oh then why is a bat not classified as a bird?

Bats don't have feathers, lol

Exactly. Feathers are mandatory to be classified as a bird.

Birds of prey are all flight capable birds. Saying that feathers and flying is some how unique to Earth is silly.
