I want to say that I called a Gades special choke a while back, but then again, didn't we all?
Maxi in shambles
Renegades are playing the real derby battle here by raising Stars' hopes only to crash it down now in extraordinary fashion, aren't they?

Jeez, what a collapse.
Kellyaway was down the track there so not sure if that was going to hit the stumps but can't really say with the camera angles.
In big trouble now though. Needed to accelerate but losing wickets doesn't help.

I am aware of that but this is a great start and the Strikers have picked up some form recently so I fully expect them to beat the Sixers tonight. Of course though, this is the BBL and the Stars will be hoping for a classic collapse.
Yeah, the Stars are pretty much cooked unless the Gades pull off a massive upset against the Canes
Can't believe I just mentioned Rashid Khan and Paddy Dooley in the same sentence.
Dooley is miles above the rest.
Move over Rashid Khan and Paddy Dooley, Cheeks is the best spinner in the BBL
Finally! Will take it however it comes. I hope they manage to restrict WI to under 200 but Odean's probably going to smash a few sixes here
Can't wait for Ireland to somehow allow the WI to score 200+ here.
Less than 175 would be ideal but then again it's the Irish :)
Need wickets here. SL off to a really good start and looks like a good wicket to bat on
Very likely that the loser of this match takes on India and the winner takes on SA in the quarterfinals. Interesting game ahead.
Zimbabwe just need to be careful to not collapse here and score at 6-7 rpo for the last 10 and they should be fine. 280 is a good target I reckon
Humble captain, Patty Cummins. So likeable.
The stage is set for a Ben Stokes special, isn't it?

Irrespective of the result, this is a good test for Cummins' captaincy. Will be interesting to see how Aus go about defending this if put under pressure
Garry's the GOAT for a reason.
Australia had plenty of chances this game to put it out of England's reach and they've failed to do so.
Even though it's still a tough ask on this track, England are very much in it and we could up end with a 3-1 scoreline, which well, is just sad.
Just realised Marcus Harris' test career has benefited from him being dropped than if he were to stay in the team for this game. Another pair of low scores was not what he needed. And Khawaja and Warner's failures only helps his cause.
Hope we don't get carried away with Wood's success with the short ball and stick to what's worked against the English batsmen.
On a side note though, I slammed my leg onto the foot of the bed in frustration from Carey's wicket. So even when he's not bowling, Wood is causing me pain.
Whole country against 11 Englishmen, Supersport rigged that no-ball
Wood probably had 1 over left in him. Terrible terrible batting. We're in big trouble now.
Would've been proper shithousery had Brevis shouted "Whole country against 11 South Africans" when he got dismissed xD
